Mr. Younus Kamran is a seasoned accountant with over 30 years of public accounting and advisory experience in Europe and Asia. Mr. Younus proceeded to England after graduation and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. On arrival in Pakistan in 1980, joined A. F. Waqar Ahmad completed his CA Inter from ICAP as well as MBA (Finance) from Hailey College of Banking and Finance (University of Punjab) during his job at “Saeed Kamran & Co formally known as HYK & Co.”. Waqar Ahmad has twelve years working experience in the fields of Consultancy, Corporate Advisory, Taxation and provision of related advisory. He joined Saeed Kamran & Co formally known as HYK & Co. Mr.Ahsan Kamran has completed LLB (Hons), LLM in International Law with International Relations from the University of Kent, UK. Returning to Pakistan in 2005 after completing his studies, Ahsan joined the esteemed offices of Cornelius, Lane & Mufti where he was involved with a number of legal advisory projects on money laundering, banking and finance related issues. Ahsan was also very intrinsically involved with several high profile litigation projects, which included the case of NWFP v WAPDA. Subsequently, Ahsan teamed up with SKP Group to set up SKP Carbon Pakistan in a joint venture with Emergent Ventures from Singapore. He is an Advocate of the High Court and currently he is looking after the business, legal and corporate affairs of the firm.
